I have the creation pcut from USCutter. It was my Christmas present. I havent been able to get it to do anything. EVER.. I'ts been in the garage for a while now. I want it to work so badly. Cant get the right person on the phone to help me out. Don't want to return it. I just want to learn what ever i need to get it going. Sometimes I hate it. Cause I want it to work so badly. My big mistake when I bought my vinyl cutter was that I didn't do much research. They are hard to find and as soon as I found a company that actually sold an inexpensive model that did what I wanted it to do, I jumped on it. I have now learned from my mistake and am so happy that I can help others in their quest for vinyl cutter greatness. Good luck with your search and let me know what you find? Sorry the updates are sporadic at best, I'm trying to get better about it. I had such a horrible time with US Cutter, but they do have great prices. Did you get the raindrop cutter? or did you get the graphtec one? My problem was getting the right plug ins to get my vinyl cutter to work, I guess I needed to contact the Sign elements company and get the correct plugins. I hope you have better luck with yours that I did with mine! I have been trying since Thanksgiving to get it working properly with my pc. I think the software (sign elements) is what is making my computer freeze up. Anyway, I really want to keep the cutter because the price was so good and I have been able to cut a few things but I never know when it will work.
